Services Offered
We provide services including but not limited to: 1.Website design and development 2.Branding and visual identity 3.Digital marketing strategies 4.IT consultation and others The scope, pricing, and timeline for each project are agreed upon before work begins and confirmed in writing via email, proposal, or contract.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate, timely content and information needed for your project. Review and approve work at designated stages. Understand that delays in feedback may result in project delays.
Payments and Fees
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Final payment is due upon project completion, prior to handover or website launch. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of service. All fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Revisions and Changes
We include a set number of revisions per project, as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain rights to their logos, content, and final approved designs. Circle Studio retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations and Refunds
Either party may cancel the project in writing. If canceled mid-project, the client will be billed for work completed to date. Refunds are not issued for completed work or after design concepts have been delivered.
Liability and Warranty
We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, traffic increases). We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including third-party tools or platforms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Somaliland / Somalia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
